  1. Sam I got an idea for an episode. Smoked chicken and Alfredo sheet pan pizza. How I’ve done it is I smoke an entire chicken on the traeger the day before. I then use whichever parts of the chicken I want to top my pizza (breast, thigh). With home made dough. I also make a home made Alfredo sauce. Top with Moz cheese, and top with all sorts of toppings the main one being smoked chicken. Love to add bacon, green onion, grilled caramelized onion, chopped Roma tomato, fresh garlic, seasonings and Parmesan or Romano. But the key is to smoke the pizza.

    Additional bonus topping which I recommend for you: jalapeño poppers. We get ours from Costco, pre cook them and top the pizza with it b4 smoking the pizza on 400 degrees until cooked! Hope you give it a try 😊
