Ive made your dutch apple pie and the apple rolls. Both were delicious. Im thinking if i ever bring food to some event this would be my choice though because it feeds more people. Really craving apple cinammon things right now.

Laura I literally made a Mixed Berry Cobbler for Christmas dessert this way except I had a premade pie crust left over in the freezer from Thanksgiving and used that as my bottom instead of me making it. Your Slab Apple Pie looks delicious!. I'm definitely making this in the near future. Thanks as always for another great recipe.

Laura, made this recipe this evening and the result is absolutely heavenly!
The crust is SOOOO yum. I used 2 sticks of butter and 1/2 cup of butter flavor shorting. I used Fuji apples and baked a little longer until perfectly golden 😁. I didn't have an orange so just used a splash of OJ, but next time I will definitely use a fresh orange.

I just made this tonight and my daughter was the taste tester she said "mmm!". I've never made my own crust or a pie ever and wow so easy. I was nervous so much that my hands were shaking while I transfered the crust to the pan. I wanted this to come out delicious and it exceeded my expectations.
