  1. Does it matter if you put the yeast in warm water first and then add to the dry mixture, or do like you did here and mix all the dry and yeast together first? I've seen you do it both ways, so just curious.

    But, as an englisman, why do you Americans call pizzas 'Pies'?

    They're 2 Seperate entities. Ya got a pie…a dish filled with savoury or sweet food topped with a pastry of some sort. And a pizza is, well, a pizza!!

  3. I’m an older dude than you, Sam, and I had this recipe growing up in the south. We called it “pepperoni pizza with jalapeños.” Eating a whole one by yourself is not recommended. A friend of mine (a big eater) ended up in the hospital with acute indigestion. We tried to warn him, but…

  4. Scorpion pepper sea salt from Stuarto's should be a mandatory pizza topping for every pizza made on earth. It generates its spiciness, and you can't use too much because it would be overly salty. It's perfect when pinched and sprinkled. Try it sometime on a slice of pizza. You will thank me later! Great video
