If demand for shallots were higher we would all be better off. Asian markets are great for alliums. So buy more shallots. Every trip if you can swing it.

So true. I always look at the price per pound. Also with toilet paper.. make sure you check the price per 100 sheets!! Just because a package has more rolls doesn't always makes it cheaper. Most of the time the rolls are way smaller.
Why do you look 10 years older in your thumbnails? It has always struck me as odd. Not throwing shade I just recently noticed you look old in thumbnails and young in videos. Crazy.
