  1. A lot of people see huge servings of fish and chips in Australia, but what they don’t know is most of that is shark. And if you don’t like shark, then you may not absolutely love their fish and chips. Cod is one of the best fish for fish and chips in my opinion.

  2. You know it's going to be bad when it's an American telling people how to make fish and chips, even flicking through he simply states that they're 'fries' , Americans, french fries are not chips, it's like calling a boiled potato a roast potato.

  3. Tartar sauce is made with mayonnaise, chopped capers, gherkins and Parsley, Not Yoghurt. Plus Paner à l'Anglaise (flour, eggwash and bread crumbs) is for deep frying, dip the fish in melted butter then bread crums for oven or grilling (dry fryer).
