  1. We have a rapidly growing high-end grocery chain in our area called Wegmans. Wegmans in every store has a department they call prepared foods and of course this covers everything from salads to sushi to rotisserie chickens to pre-made meals to Mexican to you name it. And a couple of things that they have are a chicken wing bar with wings tenders mozzarella sticks etc and then another bar that has anywhere from usually 3 to 7 pots with soup in them. My very favorite food of all time, is Wegmans buffalo chicken chowder. I don't like broth soups I prefer cream soups. And boy they've got a recipe that literally knocks it out of the freaking park Little tiny diced onions and celery, lots and lots of real chicken Buffalo flavor in a cream base and for 15 years now it's been my favorite food. The sad thing is is I was so into it that I literally used to call around to different Wegmans stores in the area till I found one that had it up on their soup bar that day. Right now we happen to be in a drought. For some reason they'll take it out of rotation at the orders of somebody at corporate and this is the longest drought we've ever had it's been out of commission three four months at a time before but this is going on 6 to 8 months and I've only found it one time at one store in that whole stretch in a terribly disappointed. Although I don't call ahead like I used to I would literally call around wait on hold for the service desk then wait on hold for prepared foods then wait on hold till somebody walked out to the soup bar to look and see if they had it. And then a lot of times I would go out of my way upwards of a half an hour to go to the store that had it up. It is an absolutely phenomenal way to get your buffalo chicken fix. It does not taste like ranch or blue cheese or anything like that. It's just straight Buffalo chicken flavor in a cream-based chowder type soup with vegetables and chicken and a flavored broth. Freaking dynamite

  2. I've loved all the recipes for the viewer month. Until this, it was okay until those "cheese" cubes, Then it became a glutenous mess. Not your fault Sam, I'm just wondering why you picked this? I saw so many good recipes not used in the comments.
    Why this?
