When I lived in Santa Cruz I would get a 50% off filet mignon and grind it up with a couple of slices of Corolitas Market Applewood Smoked Bacon and make a burger out of that. Yum

I think the feeding tube is called a hopper.
When you build/Assemble a Burger, does the order or placement of the condiments and veggies matter? (Example: Mayo on the bottom, then burger, then cheese, then lettuce, then tomato, then ketchup…)

I had to look up what Anise was and admittedly I asked Google what it was so my child like immaturity wouldn't want to spell it wrong even though you made me chuckle.
PS: your food ideas are amazing & I just wish I could get them to work out as well as you do. Thanks for the entertaining videos & endless food ideas!!! I need to get myself some of the cool kitchen gadgets you use!!! Also those knives look amazing I really should invest in a new set because all of mine are a mismatched hodgepodge!
