  1. Best thing I make, and my friends all request it for their birthdays: Debone a leg of lamb and butterfly it to make it as flat as you can. Mix Hot Pataki's curry paste with olive oil, salt, crushed garlic (tons) and coat the lamb all over with the paste mixture. Slather it on thick. Cut some little slits through the paste and into the leg of lamb and insert fresh sprigs of rosemary. Press pepper into the top. Wrap it with saran wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 24 hours, maybe 48. Then BBQ it on a charcoal fire until it is as rare as you like it. Because the leg of lamb is variable in thickness, it kind of resolves itself into rare and not so rare, but use a thermometer so you don't overcook it. It is literally the best thing ever, assuming you love good lamb. Challenge! What would SAM do with this recipe?

  2. i roast my garlic better texture and flavor. cut off the top of the entire head of garlic . sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic n onion powder then pour some olive oil over it. cover it up with the foil and place in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes thank me later

  3. So growing up, for hide and seek we had a home base. Which was usually where the seeker counted. Anyways, the last person hiding could haul ass towards home base. If they made it there, they won. (Basically adding insult to the fact that the seeker couldn't find them) But they had to yell Ollie Ollie oxenfree when they started running to give the seeker a chance to catch them.
