  2. Sam, you are fantastic. I made this for my wife and she goes on and on about it, it was so delicious. The only changes I made was using Oregano instead of thyme, and I'd prefer to do boneless thighs next time.

  3. I’ve made this twice and it’s fantastic. The only problem I have is it get a sticky after I cook it for 25 minutes. Am I assuming I’m simmering it too high? I cook it it medium lowish

  4. Holy shit I made this tonight and the only thing missing was the mashed potatoes. Sometimes I'm such a dumbass. 10/10 Sam! Also, since I had to crack a bottle of Chardonnay for the recipe, I had something good to drink while cooking 🙂

  5. March Recipe: PBJ & Egg Sandwich
    Ingredients:
    Peanut Butter (personal preference is JIF)
    Jelly (grape or strawberry, not anything boujee)
    Egg
    Plain white bread
    Instructions:
    Scramble or fry and egg
    Toast two slices of plain white bread in toaster
    Spread peanut butter and jelly LIBERALLY on your toast
    Add your egg and BOOM, you have just created a simple, odd, and delicious sandwich from my childhood!

  6. Evening Sam. Heres a recipe for a Burger om hoping to have on a Food truck if I can ever get it off the ground. Its inspired by a Scotch Egg and is made as follows:

    50/50 mix of 85% lean beef and pork sausage made into a patty

    Hard or soft boiled egg sliced

    Bourbon Bacon Jam

    Drunken Onion Straws
    (Thinly Sliced Sweet onion marinated in a mix of Bourbon, Brown sugar, and Honey) breaded and fried.

    Sliced Egg is stuffed into the patty and deep fried. Be careful not to make the patty too thick as it will burn the breading before it cooks the center.

    Serve on a toasted Pretzel bun smeared with Bacon jam, topped with onion straws and your favorite steak or BBQ sauce.
