Have you tried a REAL prime rib sandwich with the drippings dip? That's the real French dip. On a hard crust italian bread. That's why you dip… to soften the crust. Nothing on earth tastes as good as a real prime rib dip.. argue/ salt and pepper only "ajues dripping" sandwich.
Used to be able to get them in restaurants but price probably pushed them out. One of the best was in the back of Farmers Market in LA.. sadly I think their gone.
That slicer is not supposed to operate that way. You’re supposed to be on the opposite side of the slicer with the slicer dial. I know you know your business but come on.

If you want to make it even better, cook it at 250 in a smoker. The smoke adds amazing complexity.

Would be better if you didn't use Arby's horsey sauce! Guess that was what you had as a kid. A bit of real fresh horse radish on the side, like with prime rib would be better. Try it!

Cut a quarter inch off the top and bottom bun and I promise you will thank me! You won't get a mouth full of bread that way. Also, turn your silcer around the proper way before you hurt yourself. 😉
My husband purchased a meat slicer just so we could make this recipe! It does not disappoint. We have made these several times, and the family loves them!
What other recipes do you have so we don't let out slicer accumulate too much dust in between usage?! Lol

You need to make a north shore beef, it’s an unknown to most of the USA but a staple of MA. Onion roll, rare roast beef, cheese, and James River BBQ
