  1. Hey Sam, with all due respect, what are the ingredients in that ‘Worcestershire sauce’? As a Brit, it doesn’t look like that at all. It should be really dark, wet, not syrupy, and almost looks like soy sauce in colour.

  2. I made this, and it was FANTASTIC. Had to leave out the Adobo Sauce (cause my family are wimps with heat), and I also skipped the sprayer debacle…cause no one needs that. 🤣 Overall, if you have a pellet smoker and don't try this, your pellet smoker will be forceably removed from your domicile. Thanks, fellas!

Sorry I like higher quality of Beef! I use Ribeye! I'm also a spice head so let's kicks this biotch up! or not! I use andouie and smoked chipote powder! But that's me!!! Sour cream, flour, or cream of mushroom! What's your pick?!?! Love to see your spin! I know may take longer than 10 min! But hey it's my birthday!
