We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

OMG. These episode was Food Porn! 😅😅😅 I just tried A5 Wagyu it was so good.. last night was Ribeye Prime 22 oz. I want to try a Tomahawk and a larger cut or Wagyu
People rave over steak like it's the holy grail of meats – it's not
At best what you taste is the char, the seasoning, the sauce..steak itself is quite bland in my opinion
Lamb is a far superior actual flavour of meat…or wild boar…or venison
But not steak
250, how much time? You didn’t mention it.
wondering why you are not using the BFF 🙂 you know the salt pepper garlic
Does this beat even the old steak frites you made?
MR COOL GUY WNNABE 😂
Love your recipes, but not your language.
Found this video searching for fries.. Did not expect the reverse sear tomahawk! Cuz I searched that last week and didnt see this… But great recipe! ! And perfect fries thank you
steak frites almost certainly is never made with a 'NY strip' – rump or entrecote
Wow I always wanted to try a tomahawk
As a fairly new kid, thanks for the repeats!
Only just found your channel and I’m hooked. The wife is going to get annoyed with me very very soon as all I’m going to want to do is build an outdoor kitchen and cook this food! Top work!
This looks incredible. Would you ever consider doing a video making Lomo Al Trapo?
Damn the french… stole our best product. Best fries are not french fries. Best fries in the world… are from Belgium
fritz? is that a canadian saying?
I'm a simple gal. I see tomahawk steak and frites, I click
Gaic powder on aged beef? Yuck.
It’s a Belgian dish, but close enough.
I'm watching this naked… is that wrong?
Great looking meal Sam, 😋 always enjoynyour shows,,,
So, @Sam, why is it that everyone ignores pepper on fries? If you've never tried it, you're nissing something yuge!
It’s 6:28am in Los Angeles why am I watching this!!! Sam you’re a genius!!!!
I have deep fried hundreds of pounds of French fries and you don't have to fry them at two different temperatures, just set your deep fryer to 365° and par fry them for one minute let them drain then drop until there golden brown.
