Hi friends!!! Tisโ€™ the season for fresh tomato marinara, itโ€™s wildly simple but so amazing and truly my go to pasta dish all summer long. Doesn’t get easier but I promise you itโ€™s sensational and I just know you will absolutely love it!! 3 cups of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1 Clove of Garlic, smashed and peeled but left whole
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8oz of Pasta (measured Uncooked)

Fresh Basil

  3. Made this today with "flavor bomb" tomatoes. It was DELICIOUS, but wayyyy too may skins. Are campari tomatoes a good substitute? I have these on hand and would like to to try it again!

  4. This was amazing ๐Ÿ˜ I didnโ€™t have basil so I left that out and added Italian seasoning ๐Ÿซฃ. I also kept the garlic in because my husband likes it. So simple, but SO FLAVORFUL! Too good!

  6. The first time I had this was a cooking class in Montepertuso Italy a few years ago. Ever since then, I have been growing cherry tomatoes in my garden just for this recipe. It's so light and fresh and tastes like summer in a bowl. Thanks for showing just how easy it is!
