We’re talking tender, juicy beef, rich broth, melty cheese, and a toasty roll that soaks up all that flavor. It’s the kind of sandwich that ruins all other sandwiches.
Whether you’re looking for a bold Italian beef sandwich recipe, a quick hot Italian beef sandwich, or the best Italian beef sandwich recipe you can make in the Instant Pot, this one’s your new go-to. Let’s beef it up!

We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

You’re almost as funny as Jimmy Kimmel.
Damn you talk to much
F#$k this guy no way
This is Basically Birria Taco meat 😂😂😂😂
Bruh… whatever that was, it sure as hell wasn’t an Italian beef. Chicago don’t do pot roast on a lobster roll. Real beef is thin-sliced, baptized in juice, laid on a soft Turano/Gonnella roll with sweet peppers or giardiniera. You dipped bite by bite like it’s a French dip — blasphemy. Next time keep Chicago’s name out your mouth if you can’t respect the culture. 🇨🇭💯”
Mild sauce is enough
It’s the Disrespect for me we got the best food on earth TF
shredded pot roast…. not even close to an Italian beef.
Max talking about Chicago in that soft ass voice…
He's using Marzetta Brand Ghardeneria, that's sonoma county local to me.
Its made about 15 minutes up the road.
Chicago is the best food city. Period. Bringer Inn Tavern, Kaufmans Deli and Johnny's. All ya need.
My beautiful wife made this for us tonight (a little spicier) and DAYUM! It was great.
sorry i couldn't stand your language
Sliced is better but no one is slicing it at home. I definitely don’t have a deli meat slicer at home.
@SAM THE COOKING GUY you guys are awesome, as always love the video. food looks great, please keep it up! (P.S. i NEED one of your amazing knives…
Sam needs to take a field trip to Al’s in Chicago…..
Chicago native: Please tell Max visitors to Chicago eat deep dish pizza, 96.2875% of Chicagoans prefer thin crust pizza. Your giardiniera was helpless. Bread great, pulled beef, no fowl in my opinion. You guys are awesome – Keep rockin’.
Nice, but where are the sweet and hot peppers? You heed to dip the sandwich in the gravy❤🤷♀️🤔
Seems like enough to feed a couple, two, tree guys. In all seriousness, that Giardiniera did not look good. Was that packed in water? Anyway, away from home the recipe does seem like a way to get a quick fix. But you gotta find an oil based giardiniera and you gotta dip it, the whole sandwich. I mean, you do what you want, I'm not your dad. I'd have to do it though.
My mom is an Italian Chicagoan and has ALWAYS made hers shredded. You are missing bay leaves though
i can walk a block away and get the beef sandwich and i get it with and sausage its call a combo!
Seasoning is wrong, not what chicago does. Dont shred cool and cut it thin. this is a hackjob
What size is the Instant Pot?
Love your guys's channel always make me smile keep doing the things you all doing, Cali born and raised here, I ve have had the opportunity to eat all over the country the last 19 years but food is always so much better and fun when you just do it yourself, heck that be great slogan for t-shirt 😂 "fun & better just do it your fu#$in self!" Thank you again Sam Max, and Chance
Gotta drown it in the au ju that hard ass bread
Too much profanity on this channel. Thumbs down and stop the video for sure.
I did this recipe. The beef was awesome. Fuck the pickled veggies shit. Just add a slice of Provolone and some horseradish.
Deepdish Pizza is for tourists, Chicago's real Pizza scene is cut into squares thin crust Tavern style.
I made some and yes it took 4 hrs but was well worth it! I'm not from Chicago.
I wish that Sam and Max would learn to get a point over without ignorantly throwing out the F word. It only shows lack of class and no respect for others
I'd reduce that stock until it was nice and thick, and add some torn provolone.
Spend more time on his sponsored
Native Chicagoan here. You need a new son.
Italian beef is never chuck roast.
never heard of a crunchy italian beef
