Love the concept, how about some uni, and it needs expensive pickles and caviar to really go over the top. Otherwise- Yeah, I'd scoff it!
Not sure how lobster and beef go together on a burger, not having tried it myself, but the only other big $$$ ingredient missing was White Truffle slices in lieu of mushrooms. You went BALLS OUT on this one, gold leaf, foie gras, bone marrow aioli, A5 Wagu, Short Rib and aged Rib eye mix, aged white cheddar, Brioche bun and poached lobster. On the most expensive foods list, only thing missing? Truffle. May not have made it any better but it would've kicked up the $$ price to make it. LOL Minus the gold leaf…..I'D LOVE ONE of those!!! Few things in the world better than seared foie gras. The addition of that was F-ing brilliant. YUM!!!

Burger, lobster, duck liver….amazing! The bone marrow and the gold thing threw me off. But it's different, and that's what you do!

It's all great, but lost me when adding the "24K gold foil". Everything you added already made it the "most expensive". But the gold foil it just click bail stuff. Next time leave the gimmicks out. (You mixed A5 with 90 day aged meat and another. For a burger) not enough?

Normally i don't go out of my way to do this, but foie gras… idk man that process is a slow and cruel death.
I love everything you make and even tho i eat alot of meat i still think that foie gras is one of the most evil ingrediants humans have ever produced. Unless it is one of the humanely made types where they don't overfeed the geese or duck till their liver explode i hate to see it.
I don't know if you guys have a Whataburger restaurant near where you guys film, but through out high school, my friends and I would go there and order their burger, and to this day, I still think it's one of the best burgers out there, very simple, yet very tasty. If you could get your hands on one, maybe you could try to copy it on make a video on youtube. Thanks.
