  1. Try smashing this combo together: take 3 frozen mozzarella sticks, let them thaw, and place side by side on a griddle and smash. Make a smash patty but smash it into some semi cooked diced bacon, and place the smashed mozzarella sticks on top. Deep fry half a shallot so it’s like the fried blooming onion, and smash it on the griddle and place on top of the smashed mozzarella sticks. Use the sauce recipe below and put it on each bun.

    Smasher Sauce

    1 pinch ground black pepper
    ½ cup smoked meat mayo
    2 TBS creamy horseradish
    1 TBS ketchup
    ⅓ teaspoon paprika
    ⅓ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    Splash of cognac

    Enjoy 🤙

  2. I don't know what to say about using Wheresyoursister sauce for cooking. Tried it once for a sauté as well, and it ended up smelling and tasting weird. I think it only belongs in cold sauces IMO. Soy sauce is 10x better for cooking, since it gives everything that umami flavor, without being too overpowering.

  3. PLEASE READ THIS ONE SAM, delicious looking smash burger and I love the idea for smash month. HOWEVER try this technique out!!when you smash the burger do a circular motion around the patty just after the initial smash. Really try to thin out the outer edges of the patty. it will make an unbelievable crust you cant beat. PLEASE GIVE IT A TRY!! Its a common technique used alot to make smash burgers. Essentially you want the edges to have a tapered edge YOU WILL LOVE THE TEXTURE
