  1. Never saw the reason for the love affair with the truffle. Did the truffle goat cheese scalloped taters. It was ok but it took me forever to find the truffle goat cheese and it was mad expensive. Then I did it again with truffle oil and it was a waste of money. I made Sam's scalloped taters a dozen time after that with just different soft cheeses and it was amazingly good.

    Tried various truffle products and none of them were any good. Admittedly I've never seen an actual truffle nor a product that I could actually verify had truffle in it. But just not a fan.

  3. Can't afford wagu or truffles, looks awesome though. Make some poor mans(persons) food. The high inflation is really having an impact, so I'm talking about the 99cent menu stuff.
