  1. I like watching your videos and finally did your recipe for the prime rib. I have one complaint, the beef fallo which I'd never used before, was awful. It smelled horrible and didn't add the beef flavor I was looking for. Smells like a rotting animal. Otherwise, it came out great.

  3. I would say a bit over medium. I would personally reverse sear @120 degrees F, cover with foil for 45 minutes and place in direct heat @500 degrees for 10 minutes. Medium rare..
