  1. 3/3/25: I haven't made these yet, but I will and soon. I'm sure the taste of these is far too yummy to wait an entire year to make and enjoy them, so I will make these anytime I want, not just during the holidays. Thanks Laura. You always come through with some fabulous recipes that I love and trust. 😋

  2. i just made this for the first time, and i literally can’t stop eating them!! I’m gonna be making these every year from now on. For my cookies i used almond and vanilla flavoring, and i used a four fruit spread. They kinda dripped when they came out of the oven so i let them set in the fridge and they were perfect. 💕

  3. These are really good. Perfect dough consistency that didn't spread and get flat in the oven. I love raspberry but I also tried it with trader Joe's lemon curd and those were my favorite. I'm hoping they turn out just as good when I bake them from frozen.

  4. This is great, I need to make cookies for a work cookie exchange (tomorrow!) I found your channel. You have the same name as my Grandma and cousin, so you win! I hope I can make them as well as you make them look. Wish me luck!

  5. Hi, just made the recipe today came out perfect put the powder at the end and jam. Are you strawberry jam again just waiting for the next recipe. I have to do the marry me one. I think that’s what I’m gonna do tomorrow but anyway, thanks again for the recipe for the cookies and it was years ago, but I always wanted to make them and I didn’t and I was like I’m gonna make them today, thanks God bless you and your family❤👩🏼‍🦰👦🏻🐈🐈

  6. This cookie is bomb ass delicious soft in texture and a little crumbly. I would use just a little less than 2/3 cup sugar which i did. Such a satisfying Italian bakery style cookie. Eating it the next day after baking gives it time for the flavours to settle and meld together. Awesome! Another home run for my girl Laura Vitale.❤

  7. I really want to make these cookies for my other half and my mom who both really love tart desserts. I wanted to ask, is it OK if I use a fruit curd instead of a jam? Thank you for the video and Happy Holidays!

  8. My dough did not come together smoothly. It was crumbly and no matter how much I pressed it together the cookies would crack very easily when I tried to press them in the middle. Any ideas what I did wrong? I followed the recipe exactly

  9. These cookies look sooooo good! And I really enjoyed this video. The way she said at 7:57, “They’re so good. They’re so good,” just makes me smile. Her joy in these cookies at 8:40 is a joy to watch!!!! ❤
