We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️i

  1. Darn it I'm late to this party. Smoked shrimp enchiladas would be the shit. There could be some ceviche maybe. If you got an extra skillet I'd like to see Sammy attempt a smoked oyster enchilada. Dark and smokey. Man that would have to be good

  2. In my local casino's restaurant, i usually ask for my Prime Rib slice served as medium rare&have it grilled. Sometimes they season it with just the salt&pepper and just need a bit of char with grilled marks on it. So when you ask for it to be medium rare, grilling it makes it medium on the surface. Grilling it seals the juices and the char gives it a different flavor profile so that the center of the steak doesn't taste dry but still very tender. It's not a secret item on the menu but it's not advertised as the kitchen staff has no issues grilling it after it's been sliced. Does anyone else get their Prime Rib steak served this way or am i the only one that came up with this steak hack?

  3. Boom! Good stuff!
The only thing I’d oppose is the use of that “child accident” yellow stuff up front. My suggestion, brew a good mustard from powder, water, a bit of salt and a dash of red vinegar. Let it sit. Your recipe will explode with even more flavor 😉
    P.S.
tried the bone marrow butter. Super delish!

  4. I cooked this for Easter and it was one of the best meals I've ever made. The next day I used the leftovers as the steak in your steak sandwich recipe. Kings don't eat this good.
