I have never peeled a potato in 40 years … I see one reason now … 40 years ago I worked in a fancy restaurant that made tater skins … three halves with the middle scooped out filled with cheese and bacon and sour cream … all made from scratch … now all the chain restaurants appetizers are from a box

  2. You could have taken the scraped out potato from those wedges and made a garlic mash out of it, and then either piping bag there or spread it on like butter like you did and then do the toppings. Thanks for the content guys awesome recipes

  3. My Wife thinks I'm "Wierd" because when she makes us baked potatoes, I eat the entire potato, skins and all. (FWIW, I "MAY" be Weird but I don't think that eating the Potato skin is a contributing factor to it, LOL!).
