4oz of Thinly Sliced Deli Ham, chopped
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Clvoes of Garlic, smashed and peeled but not chopped
8oz of Pennette or any medium cut pasta you like

  1. Just did your recipe for souper today! Oh my god! It was so delicious! My husband who is not a big fan of pasta, loved it and told me to keep the recipe but add more zucchini and ham! Tks!

  2. Omg DELICIOUS 🤤 tweaked just a couple things. Don’t come at me but I decided to splurge a bit and choose quality/organic ingredients since it required less. I also added prosciutto. But DANG! They aren’t lying when you invest in good cheese, olive oil, pasta etc. Regardless it was delicious and so easy! Hubby loved it!

  3. I’ll be honest Laura, I’m not a huge fan of zucchini. So when I saw the thumbnail I was like.. I probably won’t make this recipe but I love you so I’ll watch anyway. But you completely sold me! This looks SO good! I’m willing to give zucchini another try! 🤗

  4. Just made this. My ham was thicker cut so I diced it. Worked great. I only had two small zucchini so I added some fresh mushrooms. Delicious! Will definitely make again. I think this would be excellent with peas also.

  5. 5:39 This is the importance of pasta cooking water. Unfortunately, Americans often in these situations, instead of adding some cooking water, add cream everywhere, making the dish heavier and fatter.

  6. Ok so my kids are soooooooo picky. And 2 eat green beans and one carrots only. Zucchini is very mild in flavor so this looks like a good option. I think i might grate it so it looks like green sauce instead and maybe polka sausage instead if the ham! This looks so yummy too! 😊
