  3. For the first two i have no comment. But the last sandwhich kinda reminded me of a cheesesteak sandwhich mostly because of the peppers and onions 🤷🏻‍♂️

  4. Simple grilled cheese has only cheese[s]. BUT a DELUXE grilled cheese has cheese[s] and what ever else your little heart desires. So there! That ‘‘tis my opinion. So u can both be right. TA DA!

I'm sorry but this is way too little cheese to be called cheese sandwich and using american cheese instead of european….give me a break, and learn to pronounce mozzarella, that's why everyone hates americans…..english grilled cheese sandwich ist the only grilled cheese sandwich that's worth eating

  6. This tandem of father and sons + great food, yet easy to cook/follow = TV show. DON'T DO IT! They will RUIN you guys and the way you conduct bizz. Thanks for the Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner food for baked people.

  7. Let's go through a scenation: You have "Eggs&Ham Grilled cheese" on the menu.
    Someone orders and goes "Why is there no eggs in my EGGS&Ham Grilled cheese?!" cause you skimped out on it.
    On the other hand if you put more egg on NOBODY in their right mind is gonna go "Why is there eggs in my EGGS&Ham Grilled cheese?!"

    Now if you say "the moment you put anything else on grilled cheese it becomes grilled sandwish" that's fine but in that case there wouldn't be much of a video now would there?
    You'd be watch Sam grill cheese and bread, so entertaining. That's a whole different argument.

    All in all I think Sam was correct, he has restautant experience and a mindset to serve the customer properly and it shows. If you take even a second to think about it, little Maxy boy is just plain wrong here (as always), simple as that. And btw if you start arguing against the very concept of the video you're waaaaay off the ball xD

  8. Sam: please make this In April, New England Clam Chowdah (aka Chowder):
    3 c onions, diced
    3 c celery, diced
    5 lb potatoes, diced
    6 can corn cream-style (14.75 oz each)
    6 can corn (15.25 oz each) or 6 ears of fresh corn kernels
    6 can minced clams with juice (6.5 oz each)
    4 1/2 stick butter
    2 1/4 c unbleached white flour
    3 qt heavy cream
    4 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
    4 1/2 tsp pepper, freshly ground
    3 lb pepper bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    2 Tbsp hot pepper sauce
    6 or so round bread bowls, gutted. Reserve the bread and make croutons.
    1. Drain the clams, but reserve the juice. Also, if you are using canned corn, drain well.
    2. Add the bacon to a large stock pot, and cook the bacon until almost crisp. I do not drain the
    fat. If you wish, I suppose it would be okay. However, the flavor is adds to the whole.
    3. Add the onions and celery to the bacon, cook until tender. Then add the potatoes, clam
    juice, and just enough water to barely cover the veggie/ bacon mixture. Cover and simmer.
    Cook potatoes until JUST fork tender; careful not to over cook the potatoes.
    4. In the meantime, in a 5 qt pan, melt the butter. Add the flour, whisk to blend, and cook for
    about two minutes. You want to make sure that you cook the flour taste out. Add the cream,
    cook, and stir until smooth and thick, using a wire whisk. I tend to do this until I reach the
    thickness I desire.
    5. Once your "chowda" is as thick as you wish, remove the pot from the stove. And add the
    cream mixture, drained corn, creamed corn, clams, and hot sauce. Stir to combine and ENJOY!

  9. Nobody watches this channel for max. If it has cheese and it’s grilled, it’s a grilled cheese. Shattering boundaries is what I like most about Sam’s cooking. “When you’re older…..” Hahaha. I tell my kids this all the time.

  10. It needs to be mostly cheese. I don't care if there's other stuff on it, eggs, bacon, tuna, whatever, there can be other stuff on it, but if that stuff eclipses the cheese, even if it's cooked, then it's not a grilled cheese, it's just a sandwich with cheese on it.
