  1. These noodles… oh my goodness. We love this dish! I visiter my 21 year old son yesterday and took some to him. Last night he sent this text, ‘’holy shit, that spicy beef ramen might be the best thing I’ve ever eaten’. Btw, we bought a full set of your knives and I’ll never use another brand. They’re awesome!

  2. Hey Sambo, (sorry, remember Sambo's restaurant? There was one in Buena Park across the street from Knott's Berry Farm back in the day). This recipe is close to the same from Alton Brown's Good Eats episode called Ma Yi Shing Shu, same deal with ground pork marinated in the soy sauce, Sambal, sesame oil & cornstarch, then tossed into a pan of the slowly cooking marinated ground pork, add a shit ton of chopped green onions, then the skinny Chinese noodles, mix it up , add the beef broth, stir and serve with more chopped green onions, which we all cannot get enough of, right? Love it, my man!

  3. Max’s jack-off hand jester at the beginning of this recipe adds a lot of class to your once decent show. I’m deleting my subscription. I’ll come back when you clean up your act, Sam. Btw, the “pro tip” drop- ins are stupid and irritating.

  4. Sorry to be a pain in the a$$; I came back to your video to get a refresher on making this amazing dish and found another discrepancy. You said the recipe only calls for a 1/4 cup of beef broth and that the written instructions have it listed as 1/4 cup to make one meal. Went to get the recipe and it says 1/2 cup. 😬 ETA: But thanks for adding the beef broth!

  5. I made the recipe just now, boyfriend gives it a thumbs up… so good and super easy… a few tiny tweaks… It is really spicy, so next time less jalapeño… I added some seasoning salt & I garnished it with funions instead, lol
