so. got this huge pork loin yesterday, what shall I do with it? hmmm, oh! WWSTCGD?! long story short tonight I shall be " THE SCHNITZEL KING" LOL thank you.
Schnitzel is usually served with lemon to squeeze over it. Jaegerschnitzel, or hunter's schnitzel, is served with the mushroom gravy on top.

I made this for myself tonight. It turned out really good, though only about 1/4 the size 😂 well done.
It's a religious experience because the pork is holey!!! Get it? Because there's holes in the pork. Please don't hate me 😁🤣
The original is actually with veal, not pork. But that doesn't really matter. We actually flatten and bread everything that once breathed.
I was in Germany this year and had a schnitzel with a nice mustard, mushroom and onion gravy served under the schnitzel . Thanks

I can't eat anything right now because of a serious health issue, but ironically I became interested in upping my cooking game. This show is freaking awesome, and I can't wait until I can eat again, to practice what I've learned. Keep it up you rascals! Much love.
