Ok…. I like the looks of this recipe. But I have to say that I do far more cooking of Italian food than anyone in my family and I am Norwegian while my wife is Italian. And she literally goes crazy Italian when my Italian cooking isn't up to her standards. I am going to try this and see what happens. Hopefully she doesn't go full Mussolini. I've had a ton of luck doing pasta puttanesca lately.
