I use a small pair of pliers and a fork I keep in my kitchen to pull them off the chicken tenders easy peasy I never loose my grip
I made this last night and it was pretty good. It really did have a Cajun feel to it. I used Slap My Mama Cajun spice, highly recommended!

I made this today without several of the ingredients (because of my allergies and I forgot). Instead of heavy cream, I used flour. And I had leftover green bell peppers so I used it along with the red. I did not have tomatoes so I used a bit of tomato paste when sauteing the veggies. This still came out heavenly! I used Slap Ya Mama cajun seasoning and it had just the right amount of pepper and flavor. Thanks Laura!
