Candied Yams – Simple and Easy Holiday Recipe



The most delicious and easiest candied yams you’ll ever have! One pot, guaranteed sweet and caramelized, you will just love them!

Recipe:
3 lb of Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” rounds
1/2 cup (1 stick) of Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
Zest and Juice of 1 Orange
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
Pinch of salt

  3. I agree with the oranges and sweet potato combo. My husband makes me his sweet potato mash every year and his secret is oj. It’s so delicious and not overly sweet.
