  1. Now kindly apologize to the Chinese community for using Japanese chopsticks. I'm surprised that got past Max with his OCD and all. I've never understood why Chinese food in America differs depending on which coast you're on.

  2. The soy sauce noodles are fantastic. I have made them several times. Tonight, I wanted to have steak and lobster. I took two 4oz lobster tails out of the shell, cubed them up and added them to the onion portion of the cook. followed the rest of the recipe and it turned out fantastic! Thanks, Sam, for all your creative ideas for food. You make cooking fun with so many ideas! Oh, and I think I'm going to qualify for your if "fat is flavor then I'm…" tee shirt pretty soon lol. God bless you and your boys; y'all do fantastic work!

  3. If you’re only going to use half of 2 green onions, couldn’t u use just 1 whole green onion? Nothing personal, just applying math…. Lol. Luv ur channel!

  4. All the asian places near me cook their food horribly, starting with most likely horrible ingredients- eg over breaded unknown meat inside, if it is meat at all. I started cooking my own asian dishes at home and it is always 1000% better than the restaurants. They really are not that hard to make either and I know what I am eating. Love the channel.

  5. Just made this for dinner. Was absolutely amazing. Wife and kids were amazed and said it tasted better than our favorite Chinese restaurant. I completely agree with them. Thanks for the awesome recipes.

  6. Made the egg rolls. Wow they are wonderful. I’m not big on the ginger so next time I’ll cut it in half. I do admit I never used fresh ginger before and was surprised. Thanks Sam.
