  2. Lau Pa Sat (the hawker market) is simply the most amazing place for satay….I reckon I ate my way across the island trying all the different varieties of satay. Love Singapore & it’s only a reasonably short flight from here so it’s so handy. Great video bringing back some delicious memories. Thank you

  4. This is a white people satay recipe lol. I’m a Malaysian and I know what is authentic. You need galangal, lemongrass, cumin and many other ingredients in your satay plus a crushed roasted peanut with dried chilis to make a good peanut sauce. Anyway, I love Sam the cooking guy follows his recipes. Just not the Asian ones lol

  5. Ubiquitous (seeming to be everywhere, all the time) was the word you were looking for. When you said you like it when people come up to you when they recognize you, it changed my opinion of you. I like you more now.

  6. I made this for dinner tonight. My toddler is in the picky stage. Yay!! I just want to say thanks, because outside of bread and Goldfish. This is a winner! He kept asking for more. Win win!
