I've made this many times but always omitted the spicy peppers I don't like spicy foods. This time I put sweet cherry pickles in them. Now it's too tangy. I even added sugar. I think it will be okay if not I know not to use those anymore 😂😊
Wonderful recipe. I really like your using rough sliced scallions vs sliced onions. Also, just my personal preference, I like to remove the casing from the sausage and cut them into bite size pieces before browning. All my cherry peppers are gone now, but the pickled ones are good and adding a little of the juice knocks it out of the park. Thanks.

What happens should one use "fresh" rosemary and regular wine, or even Red Wine Vinegar? Does the Flour contain any type of salt or sugar/s?

Tried it multiple times and it was delicious but I just added a lot less pepper and in some cases just left it out

I prepared your dish tonight. It was awesome! I don’t think the cherry peppers we can get in FL are the same ones you use, plus they weren’t sliced. So I used hot Italian sausages to bring some heat to the dish. Overall, we’ll keep it in rotation!

Just made it. Didn't turn out anything like Laura's but it's not bad and I'm glad I did it. Biggest mistake was not thickening my sauce enough
