Hi Laura, this is another one of your recipes that I’ve made this holiday season. I made this bc I had a lot of the ingredients on hind and leftover from making other items. And I wanted to use those things up. Warning: must love peanut butter. It’s so smooth and creamy and flavorful but not crazy sweet which makes it even better! Fun fact, I made this in a 9×9 cake pan bc it was easier to get to. Worked out great!
Made this last week except I used shortcrust pastry for the base and dusted the cream with grated chocolate. Delicious.
Graham crackers were invented as a deliberately tasteless sustenance by a Catholic priest. But clearly it backfired because of this delicious dessert.
Oreo cookie crumbs would be great with that!! Just like in the ice cream cakes!

I made this pie yesterday exactly by the recipe and it is WONDERFUL!!! I actually can't think of a perfect word. Easy to make, ingredients most will have on hand, not too sweet, perfect consistency. Excellent. It is going into my "Tried and True" folder.

I totally disagree with what you said about things don't have to be perfect for them to taste delicious, people sell baked goods/food for a living and it does have to look perfect for someone to want to eat/buy it. You just make your stuff for family/friends so it doesn't really matter to you!!
