Don’t feel like you have to do everything exactly like him. I do not have a cutting board that size so I just chop each ingredient separately and then mix it up in a bowl. NBD. Still delicious.
Did the egg salad today and did sliders on Hawaiian rolls. Will try the other 2 methods another time. These were a big hit. I just didln't make enough. Oh well, first time. Thanks for a great recipe Sam.

I add a little horseradish, the creamy one it’s like mayonnaise. Plus another good shredded cheese. But where I’m at good flavor cheeses it’s hard to find
