Yummy how long did you cook the sauce for
I love this "batter" I guess you would call it that. It's delicious! So light and yummy! Thank you Laura you're the best!
Wrong live in Milan and born in Rome. In Italy they use bread crumbs. You are wrong. Not a fan. Go back to Italy and learn the classic way.
Hey Laura, FYI, the link for Eggplant 2 Ways on your website goes to Molten Chocolate Lava Cake. The eggplant parm in this video is next level, pure and delicious.
❤
How did she do all of that in a clean white shirt?
Hi Laura you are regular in my house hold kitchen for years. I love all your recipes and so does my family. Thank you Ms V
when i was 21 years old i spent a summer at cornell university and the first dish i ever made was eggplant parm from their cooking school's library. i have made it that way for 47 years and last night i tried your way. what a game changer. thank you for sharing this, laura.
It looks delicious, the flour then egg is like a francese. Never thought to make it this way but deff going to try it! I have a few eggplants from the garden I need to use up
Beautiful 😍😘😍
I am making this right now. I’ll let you guys know how it is
Thank you for validating me! Lol. No one in my family has ever salted their eggplant. I've never encountered the bitter flavor everyone talks about.
Food does bring the family together. Thank you for sharing. Love the 2 different ways without breadcrumbs.
Do I need to remove the seeds
Bellessimo!
What else can you serve it with?🤔 bread 🍞?
I made both your eggplant recipes, and your right… I'll never make it with bread crumbs again. The best tasting eggplant Parm I made in 20 years. Thank You 🙂
Making this tonight! My mouth is watering! I have fond memories of my nonni too! Hugs
Great recipe Laura. I made it yesterday and my wife & I loved it. I definitely will be checking more of your recipes out.
One question, have you ever made homemade Italian sausage? If you have, that would probably be a great video. Thanks again my new friend.
Thank you for sharing your Nonna’s magic with us!❤️
I'm actually eating some right now, wondering what you're supposed to eat it with?
I think someone is trying to lose their Italian heritage.
Remove the Garlic?!?!!!???
Yes! That is how my grandmother and mother made eggplant! Never salted and drained, just cut, floured and yes egg and cheese (our family always use Romano) and then fried. Delicious!
