I love fried okra, of course being from the south. The sauce I make for myself is a mixture of ketchup and either Tabasco or Cholula. A little tangy with heat. Love it! I live in South Texas now so we do not have fresh okra unfortunately, so I have to make it from frozen instead. Boo but when I need a fix, it's there.

I just use egg white and flour . Seasoning : garlic powder cumin salt pepper and also fresh garlic
