  1. Such a complicated procedure for a simple garlic butter rice.
    – Melt butter
    – saute' garlic
    – add in cooked rice (day old from the fridge is much better)
    – stir fry
    – season to taste with salt & pepper or chicken powder.
    – garnish with spring onions (optional)

    Viola! Easy Peasy. None of that complicated steps shit.

  2. I always make my rice like this, but i use 4 tbsp butter to start, I allow the rice to brown some, and I add the seasoning after adding the broth. I don't add anything after it's done usually. I haven't tried the garlic chips, tho. I'll try that next time. Everyone loves my rice.

  3. Just made this to go with some cajun red beans. Yeah, beans aren't done and I ate the rice already. Just going to have to make another batch for the beans.

  4. Thanks to the Wolfonson’s and Sam…This Cuban family from Miami now loves this rice…pairs very good with bistec de Palomilla…”very thin steak” look up the cut you’ll love it!

  6. Ummm who spilled this Arabic for you? 😂 here’s the correct spelling and wording “سام الطباخ" but if you want a more catchy Arabic name go with “سام ملك الطعام" which translates to “Sam the king of food”

  7. As an arab The arabic letters on the shirt are giving me nightmares it shouldn't be ا ل ط ب ا خ ا ل ش ا ف س ا م 😢
    It should be الطباخ الشاف سام ❤
    This way better please correct it 😂

  8. If serving as a side to fish add lemon juice when you are cooking the rice. —- garlic / lemon butter rice. ALSO the garlic lemon butter rice is really good with a little drizzle of Chinese hot oil.

  9. I can see using this to stuff green peppers. I have been playing around with using different flavors of Rice a Roni to stuff and make stuffed green peppers in tomato sauce.
