This was a real disappointment. I used a rack and tried to remove immediately after the oven. The bottoms were gummy and they fell apart. I wish you would repost another one. The flavor profiles are good but the execution is so wrong.
Maybe spray the rack plus cook at a higher temp. (I’m at sea level)
As is, following the recipe, this was a fail.
