  1. Needed a recipe for a couple leg/thigh cuts and landed on this from a few years ago. This video nonsense is the kind of thing that propelled me into the cooking world. I will also be adding “drip” into my culinary lingo.

  2. You said in the video, you didn’t know if there was a better way to make mashed potatoes, than the ricer. There’s a better way. It cost’s next to nothing, only about $1.50 for 4 servings and they’re ready in 10 minutes. They are Idahoan Instant mashed potatoes. They are not the same as they used to be. They’ve really perfected them. And you can ‘doctor’ them any way you want. For a buck and a half, they’re worth a try. You’ll be surprised and will likely never go back.
