  1. Yay for San Diego! I was born in Pacific Beach and also lived in Scripps Ranch before we moved to MN. I don't think I have tried chicken alfredo in the IP yet. I should really do that.

  2. I made this using a commenters suggestion of 2 cups of stock and 2 cups of cream for 500gms of Pasta & got the burn notice. I left it for 6Mins and then did a quick release, it was all cooked and perfectly fine. I gave it a mix with the cheese, scraping the bottom and it was delicious.

  3. Can someone help me please. I followed everything, but during the pre-heat (for pressure cooking), it kept coming up with BURN FOOD – and then it all burnt onto the bottom of the instant pot??

  6. Made it! Fantastic! Used Bucatini pasta though. Prepared in Ninja Foodi. The chicken breast was a little chewy, so I'll brine a few hours next time. Used the same pecorino and truffle. Probably too much, leftovers like glue. However, a little half-and-half fixed that!
