A little too soupy Mr. Alfredo. Try 1/2 can Cream of Chicken soup and 1/2 the broth. The truffle Romano was a nice touch. Thank You

Why brown the chicken then cut it up? Why not cut the chicken first, then brown the pieces? You’d get more surface area for browning.

I've tried 2x with the heavy cream everytime I get burn food error and once I open curdled heavy cream everytime

I made this using a commenters suggestion of 2 cups of stock and 2 cups of cream for 500gms of Pasta & got the burn notice. I left it for 6Mins and then did a quick release, it was all cooked and perfectly fine. I gave it a mix with the cheese, scraping the bottom and it was delicious.
By the way i love this recipe I like it better cooked the old fashioned way but this is an incredible recipe as well

Can someone help me please. I followed everything, but during the pre-heat (for pressure cooking), it kept coming up with BURN FOOD – and then it all burnt onto the bottom of the instant pot??

Made it! Fantastic! Used Bucatini pasta though. Prepared in Ninja Foodi. The chicken breast was a little chewy, so I'll brine a few hours next time. Used the same pecorino and truffle. Probably too much, leftovers like glue. However, a little half-and-half fixed that!
