Need to put some carrots in there
This is not a coddle
Just made this last night
Good meal
I just made this tonight for my wife, who generally dislikes fresh sausage. She (and I) ate every bite that we were served. I'm kind of looking forward to Autumn so that I can make some of this on a cold day. Great recipe, as always!
WHAT?? Whereโs the San Giuseppe recipes??๐๐
I wonder what is the size of her pan. I need one like that too lol
Laura. I have been searching for an easy recipe for a st Patrickโs day party to go to tomorrow. I just found it!! Thanks to you ๐๐๐
That's not a traditional Dublin coddle.. I'm kinda upset you added garlic and Guinness. If you want a real recipe reply to me. 10 out of 10 for effort tho and happy St Patrick's day from Dublin
Looks delicious, Laura ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐น
I always keep the bacon grease for when I cook beans.
That looks amazing, will definitely be making some.
You know….. Boiled dinner is going to be so expensive this year that I decided to make this exact recipe. Ill serve with some cabbage and a nice Irish soda bread and VOILA!!!! thanks, Laura!!
Looks absolutely delicious โค๏ธ
Looks good Laura love this recipe thanks for sharing this recipe with us God Bless you and your family โค
By the way I'm not Irish but if you're part Scott does that count!!
That's one of our favorite meals and I didn't know that it's called that. However your recipe looks even better than mine!
Nice ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป next time you make this you should try using Guinness Extra Stout for some additional flavor. You can do a comparison taste test and see if you want to use it for some other recipe in the future.

In Philly we Catholics have permission to eat meat on St. Patrick's day (Friday). This is a definite for dinner that day.
