  1. Very special recipe. Thank you for sharing. I will try to make this for the first time next week.

    I think I will use ghee for the oil, as it adds a very nice flavour. Also more black pepper and ginger I think. I like it spicy!

  2. This looks so good! This is much less fat than the way my Grandmother used to prepare it here in Tennessee USA. I liked hers so much, but yours looks a lot healthier. I never have had corn with lemon and ginger, it must taste so wonderful. Thank you so much.
