  1. We just made these today. Our dough was SO much stickier than Laura’s. There was no way we were achieving those tie shapes. Our doughnuts were like strange blobs that looked like pieces of fried chicken rather than doughnuts. So we declared this to be, “Fried Chicken Doughnuts.” They still tasted amazing so all was well in the end.

  2. If you follow the recipe on her website, be careful because they list vanilla as an ingredient but then they forgot to include it in the step-by-step directions so if you’re just following the directions, you could forget to include the vanilla.

  3. Once again WOW! I'm gonna get fat :o)
Hi Laura, Just tried your Berries & Cream Crepes. They turned out pretty well but a Question for you. I ended up using (4) 8oz packages of the Cream cheese. Your recipe dosn't say how much , and I watched the YouTube video a couple of times and you also didn't mention how much to use.

From the recipie "For the Filling:

1 cup of Heavy Cream, whipped to stiff peaks

4 of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature" is that supposed to be 4oz. or 4- 8oz. packages ???

    Thanks, Bud

  4. We absolutely love you and your show. No matter what kind of day we’re have we can’t help getting a smile on our faces from your opening, “Hi guys “ or your occasional,” soo”. We love your personality, you could be the neighbor next door, so down to earth but classy !! So consistent upbeat!

How can I share a couple of great recipes?
Bye for now from our ND home!
