  1. Laura, this looks really good, but I just want to point out something. The hard boiled eggs you made are runny, definitely not jammy. For someone like me who can't stand a runny yolk, I would recommend boiling your eggs for 10 minutes instead of 6. That way, the yolks are set, but they have that custardy texture that you want.

  2. Heating the miso simply removes the enzymes that are good for you… like pasteurizing yogurt would remove the beneficial bacteria… it's fine for the flavor, you just don't get the health benefits…

  3. i’ve watched your videos since i was in kindergarten, i’m 19 now 🥹💗 i practically grew up with you, i feel close to you like you are my mom! and you made me love cooking since i was little i love trying out your recipes, keep going this looks BOMB love you laura<3

  4. I’m Asian and my fiancé is Italian. Learned all Italian dishes from you so whenever I see Asian inspired dishes on your channel, makes me feel like we’d be good friends cuz I would show you all the Asian dishes from my family too! Lol

  5. Hi Laura, just wanted to say thank You for all the love you share with your recipes and your channel. I'm following you since my 15 years old ! Love from Paris, France.

  6. OMG Laura! You're using "Lao Gan Ma" chili oil… I'm thoroughly in shocked! That bottle of miracle, got me thru Covid! You name it, chicken pork even fish… (also pasta!), that Chili Oil got me thru some tough time when I was stuck for 2 years in another country.

  7. Very cool video, ground pork & mushrooms are an awesome base – but with all the other prep seems like the noodles from a 99 cent bag kinda?

  8. Just waiting for a pretentious ramen chef to jump on here and rip this to shreds.

People are silly. This looks AMAZING.

Elevated home cooked food > pretentious/rare and expensive meals.
