  1. Very happy to NOT need those seasoning packets, they are full of junk!
    I love your recipes but I’ve tested the searing many times and notice Absolutely NO difference if I skip the searing pot roast, but I DO think that cooking it in a Dutch oven on the stove or in the oven makes the meat much more succulent, 🤷‍♀️ ❤

  2. I was going to make your "perfect pot roast", but I ended up doing this one because of the chillis. My cut of meat was rather a fat one and most liquid evaporated by the end, but it wasn't bad at all, all that fat crisped up and I was left with spicy tender meat with crispy bits, all tasting of butter, probably not as intended, but still simply amazing 😀I'll cook it again. And now it's the perfect roast's turn. It's more classic with the vegetables and the red wine, but I have no doubt it will be amazing, too.

  3. Yeah, I had pot roast for dinner tonight. I didn’t have to cook it. I couldn’t actually because I was at college My grandma Cooked it she picked me up from college because it’s the weekend and I go home every weekend. I don’t have a bedroom right now because my grandma’s living with me I gave her my bedroom. My bedroom is my mom‘s office. My mother let me move into her office right now, yes, I’ll be sleeping in her office for the rest of 2024. I’m watching this in 2024.

  4. i do not get the whole or half stick of butter either, tried it once with half a stick and packets etc it was tooo salty and rich. I will definitely try this recipe!
