  1. Wow 😮 it have never once occurred to me, to do anything like this with a potato. Thank you so much for teaching me. I’m 63 years old and have been cooking for over 50 years. The thing I notice most is, just how little I know about the art of cooking. It’s such a great part of our passion. Feeling so blessed in, a very hot Texas. ❤

  2. I made this and it was really good. But starting with the water 1" above the potatoes was too much. It was taking forever (even at a healthy boil) for the water to evaporate. so I ended up pouring a lot of the water off. Now I start with the water just at the height of the potatoes and that works much better.
