  2. Hi Laura, I've tried this recipe a couple of times and every time I had to add more water because the dough just wouldn't come together. On the website it says 1 1/5 cups water, can you confirm if this is accurate? Thank you!

  3. I see your nonnas point on not wanting the salt to kill the yeast (salt draws out moisture therefore killing cells) but because the salt is still added before the rising process (where yeast is still needed to do its job) i don't think it should make a difference – but I could be wrong hahaha
