I make a delicious Pizza Rustic which my grandmother made. I think her dough was made with lard.
I use ricotta, mozzerella, prosciutto, sweet soppressata, provalone, grated cheese, beaten eggs and seasonings. Top with dough and bake. Omg delicious.
When I made it I had to make a huge baking pan for all to eat and take some home.
When I arrived all asked, was that their pizza rustic that I cared in the huge pan. Never mind about me and my family arriving. It was so funny.
