We call them Braġjoli in Malta. Beef stuffed with pork mince boiled chopped eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, diced onions, garlic. Or make 1 egg omlettes for every Braġjoli and add cheese before rolling them.
7:03 totally missed opportunity. “I might need a finger”. All I wanted to see was one of the boys stick a big middle finger in front of the camera. 😂

Simmering the meat for that long dries it out! No doubt the sauce comes out great but not the meat.
One must be very careful with using salt as the cheese is salty and so is the prosciutto.

I did this with pork yesterday. I think I prefer pork as the wrapper to beef, especially top or bottom round. Either way it is delicious.

Made this tonight followed everything exactly how you did it and just didn’t have a lot of flavor..the sauce was out of this world, but the meat just tasted way too salty. I’ll try it again but it seems to just lack flavor
