  1. We call them Braġjoli in Malta. Beef stuffed with pork mince boiled chopped eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, diced onions, garlic. Or make 1 egg omlettes for every Braġjoli and add cheese before rolling them.

  2. Made this tonight followed everything exactly how you did it and just didn’t have a lot of flavor..the sauce was out of this world, but the meat just tasted way too salty. I’ll try it again but it seems to just lack flavor
