  1. Some variations of the Filo spaghetti depending on the region is it’s a little bit spicy with adding thai red chilis. Other households would skip out on the banana ketchup and use sweet tomato blends for the pasta sauce and add whole milk or double cream or condensed milk. It really depends on what the family recipe is. Some even put liver spread. But the bottomline is what makes it really Filipino is it’s a little bit tangy, sweet and salty.

  2. I love accents. I find them fascinating, especially when someone can imitate them. Not being able to do a accent from a culture of colour just because you're white is just ridiculous. I think that focuses on racism more than anything else. Not your fault Sam. It's the crazy world we live in now. Love your stuff man! Keep on cooking eh?
